It is depressing that some communities still differentiate the boy child’s privileges to that of a girl-child and one of them being education. Across all developing countries, one out of three girls is married before her 18th birthday (UNICEF), the main causes being early child marriage, teen pregnancies, poverty and religion. Firstly, the program will focus on girls who have dropped out from school, girls who are at risk of dropping out from school and girls who have never been to school and come up with necessary measures to help them. Secondly, it will be a beacon to the society and government in enlightening them that education is the key factor for girls’ empowerment, prosperity, development and welfare and that educated girls are part of the resources of the country, they also help to contribute to the economy and the advantages are many. Thirdly, it will also impart information on girls on why girl child education is important.
